Keats takes Alex into his office and tells her to nail Hunt. Next scene is where Alex and Gene are getting ready to meet socially

Team just get the news that the S. African embassy has been bombed. Gene and Alex speed off to investigate

Gene turns up at Alex flat. Alex puts a tape on and they dance but just as Alex is about to kiss Gene, they are interrupted by a knock on the door!

Alex answers door to Keats who hands her photo's of Sam Tyler which purports to incriminate Hunt in Sam's alleged murder. She leaves the flat.

In Luigis, Shaz puts a hand on Chris's shoulder, saying shes proud of him. The background fades and Chris looks directly at the camera, 'Life on Mars?' playing faintly in the background.
