Nev & Max read an email from Mike detailing his failed attempt to meet with a woman named Caroline whose he's been in an online relationship for some time and asks for their help.

Nev & Max continue to videochat with Mike and receive more information about Caroline & himself. 

Nev & Max travel to Florida to meet with "Caroline".

Nev & Max show Mike a video from the real Caroline with a message saying that she has never met him before.

Mike takes sometime alone to process that Caroline not being who she says she is.

Nev & Max take Mike to go see who "Caroline" actually is.

Nev, Max & Mike leave after "Caroline" reveals herself to actually be Heather.

Nev makes a call to Heather to sets up another meeting to talk things through and if out her reason for masquerading as Caroline.

Heather leaves Mike’s house after trying to explain herself during their second meeting.

Mike video chats with the real Caroline to give her a personal update and explain things.
