Manny and Bernie watch the kidnapped Kyle while they play cards; Ed reassures the brothers that Kyle's parents will pay the ransom.

Rudy tells Kyle his parents went on a trip without him; Kyle's name is changed to Parker.

Archie's mom finds Kyle in his room.

Rudy warms up to Kyle as he sits on his lap; Rudy kisses Kyle's head.

In Rudy's tomato garden, Kyle's dad confronts Rudy with a gun.

Ed goes to Rudy’s to get his nephew Kyle back; Rudy pays him off; Kyle sees his uncle.

End montage; Archie’s mom comes to get him out of jail. (Flashback) Kyle on the dock where Archie told him to swim for his home. Stillman meets his grandson.
