After being shot, Mels reveals that she is Amy and Rory's daughter, Melody and regenerates into her next body, which is the face they know to be RIver Song.

Newly regenerated, Melody examines herself.

Melody poisons the Doctor and leaves through a window.

After being rescued by River, Amy and Rory talk to the dying Doctor before he asks to talk to River.

The dying Doctor talks to Melody whispers something in her ear; she asks who "River Song" is; Amy orders the Teselecta to show her, and Melody resurrects the Doctor using all her other regenerations.
