Carter & Jared try to come to terms with the events of the night and Seth's death at The Magic Hour then make a plan of what to say when talking to the police.

Carter & Taylor try to console Bird at The Magic Hour as everyone else arrive.

Carter tries to get Ben to confess to selling drugs to Seth but he accuses her of deflecting the blame onto him to clear herself of the blame for throwing the party.

Jared tries to convince Carter that Seth's death wasn't their fault when the police arrive.

Carter returns to the bar and accuses Jared talking to police which he denies and tells her the police told him the same things and he didn't believe it about her.

Ben arrives at Gabe's apartment to apologize to Bird but Max refuses to let him through the door.

Carter & Bird search through pictures for Seth memorial party when they both begin to break down and Carter apologizes to her for Ben selling drugs to Seth but Bird tells her she's wrong.

As they drive back, Carter & Max discuss what to do.

Max comes to Lori's and apologizes to Ben for misjudging him. 

Bird tells Taylor & Carter that she's pregnant, they comfort her; Bird thanks Carter for staying with her; Carter looks at a picture of herself Jared on her phone; Jared watches Carter.
