Vivian gets out of her car and pumps herself up as she heads to her Soul Cycle class; (repeats) Vivian sees a flyer papered all over the streets and begins tearing them down in a rage.

The Morales family negotiates with Vivian.

Chris, Erik, Ernesto, and Pop are at a fancy taco truck. They discuss the possibility of turning Mama Fina’s into a taco truck.

Chris meets Saraí and time slows down.

Ana meets with Bree to discuss a potential job opportunity.

Pop, Chris, and Erik are running their new taco truck outside of Mama Fina’s. They are uncomfortable in the tight quarters of the dingy truck; Sarai shows up and helps them.

Ana and Bree check out the new art exhibits. They begin to flirt and kiss. Ana starts crying.

Erik is trying to get customers to come in. A news crew shows up as a gas leak in the truck causes a scene, and Sarai and Chris have to evacuate the truck.

Pop and Ana are talking outside the taco shop. A car pulls up to the light, playing music, and then drives off.

Erik and Lidia finish packing the truck and drive off.
