Cristina waits in line to get tested. Burke tells her she doesn't need to be. Cristina and Izzie perform a procedure to remove excessive fluid from Mr. Franklin. 

Izzie and Cristina tell Mrs. Franklin and her daughter about Mr. Franklin. Meredith, Izzie, and Cristina are arguing whether or not to perform the autopsy.

Olivia tells George she got syphilis from Alex. Derek looks shocked as a woman arrives at the hospital - it's his wife.
