Callie, Amelia, Maggie & Grey discuss Grey's new contract, especially her salary, and Maggie's lack of a romantic life over a bottle of wine.

Andrew drinks at Joe's when Maggie joins him, they talk and Maggie kisses him; and Alex assures Jo he's not going anywhere and that he is ready to have a baby.

Alex tries to save baby Daniel but he is too weak to survive. In Daniel's last moments, Alex picks the baby up to comfort him as he dies.

Jackson tells April he's changing the locks; Bailey explains to Ben how Alex can make both of twins' liver transplant happen; Montage as Alex, Arizona & Andrew work the case; Ben returns to work.

Laurie and Mason name the twins before they're taken into surgery; Andrew talks to Alex.
