Ingrid listens to music when Nathan begins to talk across her to Meredith, she then questions their relationship to each other which he then explains their past to her.

Meredith leaves to stretch her legs, Nathan follows after her into the bathroom; Nathan tries to explain to Meredith way they should take this chance to be together but she protests; they have sex.

Everyone rejoices in the fact that the plane has landed; Medical aid arrives to help the wounded; Meredith and Nathan say goodbyes to their possible love interest; Meredith thanks the pilot.

Nathan follows Meredith in to the bathroom, where they have sex.
