April notices Jackson and Maggie's connection; Amelia eases Owen's mind as he worries about not doing enough to save Megan; Erin gives Stephanie the will to fight after she looses the energy to go on.

Stephanie passes out as the doctors work on Erin; Meredith checks on Nathan, then informs him that Megan is alive; Amelia and Owen arrive at the military hospital; Owen begins to zone out.

Stephanie tells Richard she needs to finally live outside a hospital and that she quits; Nathan asks Meredith details about Megan, then hugs her in celebration and drives off; Owen finally sees Megan.
