Simone runs past the tornado wreckage; Jules runs into Link and she meets fellow intern Mika; The interns get ready for their first day; Richard tells Simone to slow down.

Amelia and the interns asses the tornado victim patients; Amelia tells Mika to inform the mother of Marina, a comatose patient, that she has some brain activity.

Simone pushes Dr. Shagrin in a wheelchair; Amela shows Dr. Shagrin the test results; Simone gets off the elevator on the wrong floor then runs through the stairwell.

Sarah receives the organs; Sarah’s family waits and receives updates from Blue and Simone; Mika runs a test on Marina.

Nick, Simone, Blue, and Lucas check on Sarah after surgery; Richard finds Simone taking a moment.

The interns hang out together, exhausted after their first day.
