starts- christina is giving patient steve an enima. continues - alex and olivia talk, and izzy walks up to alex to talk about his recent weirdness. ends - george and meredith talking in the stairwell.

begins- christina brings burke into her apartment for the first time. continues- izzy tells the interns to be on standby for the quints. end- alex and mer. talk about how emotions can make sex messy.

Olivia & Alex talk about making mistakes, and Alex asks if he was good in bed. They begin to kiss. Meredith & Derek talk about how her dating hurts him. Addison moves forward by signing a contract.

Izzie walks in on Alex and Olivia. All of the quints are born and taken away in incubators during Mere's closing V/O.
