Opening montage.

Burke tells Cristina he needs her to leave the OR that has the bomb. Mere asks Dylan if he has a plan to get her out of this.

Chief gets floor plans; Alex and Izzie in linen closet; Mer and Burke talk about competitiveness; George worries Bailey's baby will die.

The bomb squad, Meredith, and Cristina move the bomb in the body cavity to another OR. 

Bailey gives birth. Meredith pulls the explosive out of the body and hands it to Dylan.

[Acapella version] Cristina and Izzie wash Meredith off after the explosion. Cristina settles into bed with Burke. Bailey introduces Tucker to their son.

Just after Derek describes his and Mere's last kiss when they were together and happy.

Mere is holding the bomb inside the body cavity
