Rebecca Pope's (Ava) husband Jeff shows up to claim her/emotional reunion; scene changes to Derek telling Meredith about flirting with a woman at Joe's; is 1st time we meet Lexie tho don't know it yet

Burke says his vows during surgery; George and Callie talk about having a baby and kiss; Alex and Rebecca's husband talk; Meredith and Derek talk about Lexie (the girl in the bar)

Cristina operates in order to clear her head before the ceremony; Izzie helps George tie his tie and declares her feelings for him.

Ava's going home, but while Jeff is out buying a car seat, she talks to Alex about a reason why she shouldn't go back2 her old life. Ends with Der telling Mer he cant take how she keeps leaving him...

Bailey tells George his options since he failed his intern exam.

Burke walks down the aisle to see what's keeping Cristina from coming

Meredith and Cristina realize Burke left and Cristina breaks down screaming "I'm free!!"

Izzie tells George he can't leave for Mercy West, that she doesn't have feelings for him.

When George ask Izzie for her help with Meredith - and Izzie tells George that she's not in love with him and goes in the hallway and cries.

The interns cram for their exams; Callie finds out the George was offered the spot at Mercy West.
