Cristina can't believe Burke is going camping with Derek. Burke invited Richard (he had to) & George (he wanted to), who invited Joe & Walter (by accident) but had nothing to do with Alex joining them

While everyone is fishing, Richard talks with Joe and George talks with Burke

Mark has to tell his sexual reassignment patient that she has cancer and that if she continues to use the hormones she's taking it will kill her. Addison has to tell her patient that her baby is dead

George tries to defend Callie's "honor" and the cheif insists on no fists. Kerev and George continue to slap fight.

Derek is trying to fish alone but the Chief and Burke interrupt. The boys head home from camping.

Kerev opens up to the Chief by the fire. Burke and George have a heart to heart about high standards. Addison's patient is delivering her baby boy.

End scenes. Addie & Callie begin to bond. Cristina is happy to see Burke. Callie tells George that his father is in the hospital. Mark tries to woo Mere, but Derek shows up and re-introduces himself.
