Meredith and Derek are in the bath and candles, but are taking it "slow"

Interns are hanging out on their gurney in the back hall and Izzy and Alex are talking about themselves in the third person.

George gets the results from his Dad's tests. He cant tell his Dad he has cancer so Christina does for him.

Alex lets Izzy remove a tube from Frank. Bailey, Callie and Addison discuss children in the gallery. George confronts Christina. Alex kisses Izzy in the stairwell and Izzy cant do it.

Bailey sings a lullaby to Tuck over the phone. Addison throws her wedding rings off a ferryboat. Christina tells Burke that George knows. Meredith and Derek are in the bath no longer bright and shiny

Mr. O'Malley and Cristina talk. Cristina tells him that George is the best intern. At Joe's, Izzie tells Alex that she's not ready. He apologizes for being an idiot. They get a drink together.

Final minutes of the episode, after they told the Chief about the tremor in Burke's hand.

Christina runs out of the O.R. covered in blood and Burke goes to talk to the Chief.

Bailey sings to Tucker over the phone; end scenes.
