Cristina staples the gash on newcomer Owen Hunt without anesthesia. Callie comes in to consult with him about the "freezing" method necessary to save limo crash patient's leg function. 

Dr. Sloan is operating on his patient who goes into defib. Christina stands aside upset as her patient is crashing. Dr. Shepherd's patient is crashing too. Sarabeth and Anna comfort Betty.

Cristina and Meredith are outside in the ambulance bay when Cristina slips and a falling icicle impales her.

Anna tries to apologize to Sarabeth; Cristina questions Major Hunt.

Betty is told about her husband; Lexie talks to Michael; Bailey asks Alex to book the O.R.

Major Hunt removes Cristina's icicle; Meredith tells the Chief they couldn't save Vincent.

Anna tells Sarabeth the truth about Michael.

Sarabeth asks Alex why men cheat.
