Cristina, Bailey, and Arizona encourage Callie to straighten her fingers from a clenched fist.

Alex tells Owen his plan; Lexie calls Alex's bluff; Meredith, Cristina, Lexie, April, and Jackson sneak into Callie's room with a gurney; The doctors push Callie down the hall; Callie and Sofia meet.

Stark tells Mark and April that he needs to operate on Sofia; Cristina rides on a gurney Callie is pushing and tells Meredith she stole Teddy's charts; Alex and Lexie argue.

As Callie lifts Sofia, Bailey tells her they can go home; As the police knocks on the door, Alex scrambles to fill his arms with everything he can carry, the cop tows Alex's trailer.

Teddy gets the car with Andrew; Callie, Mark, Arizona, Bailey, and April celebrate Sofia passing her test; Cristina is upset; Callie freaks out about taking Sofia home.

Alex tells Owen that he plans to bring a bunch of African kids over so they can have needed surgery; Avery distracts Bailey as the residents sneak Callie in to see her baby; Meredith asks Derek about adding Adele to their Alzheimers trial.
