Alex is disappointed in himself. Arizona tells him that he reminds her of himself. Mark consoles Bailey. Alex assures Morgan that her baby is fine. Callie and Meredith work on Dominic's hand. Derek and Amelia successfully finish the simulation time.

Cristina and Owen talk to a therapist. Amelia asks Derek and Lexie to help her with a patient. April and Jackson study for the boards. Meredith doesn't have a study partner. Alex studies with Morgan. Richard overhears them.
