Callie and Arizona are in the X-Ray room and Callie massages Arizona`s leg. Grey brings patient Madeline Skurski a giant card made by her students.

During the 3 surgery sequence that starts with Meredith & Miranda resection problem, then continues to Derek's brain surgery and finally to Yang's first chance to install a Lotus valve.

Ending scene. Karev and Webber talking. Callie and Arizona finally have their moment. Derek and Meredith see the ultrasound of their baby.
