The scene after Alex meets Millicent and goes to tell one of her patients that she got Agostini's heart and gained a donor for herself. Her sister lies with her on the bed and follows the lyrics.

Dr. Shane sees and calls Dr. Panttiere. They talk about the heart transplant that Dr. Panttiere has to do. Dr. Panttiere, Dr. Shane and Dr. Callahan trying to save Tina's life .

Dr. Panttiere sees Dr. Shane and she has a flashback of twelve years earlier when she said she was Millicent Silvano to assist Dr. Shane in an important surgical procedure.

Dr. Panttiere and Dr. Harrison are playing at basketball.
