David tells Melanie he met her husband; Cary does surgery on Kerry to remove the bullet; Syd comes to talk with David about the digging she and the others did on him.

David assures Syd they can touch in his illusion room, then they touch hands and begin to kiss; (repeats) David consults with Lenny as Syd sleeps; Syd awakens to hear David talking with someone.

Melanie leaves; Syd, Ptonomy and Rudy follow after her and get in the car; the group finishes the D3 build; they search for David inside the building.

David pulls Syd into the illusion then begins to sing to Syd; noticing David's moods she shuts the door to the bathroom in the illusion room then looks out of the telescope.

David assures Syd they can touch in his illusion room, then they touch hands and kiss; [0:14] David consults with Lenny, as Syd awakens to in the illusion room to hear them talking.

David pulls Syd into his illusion room and starts playing a song on a banjo as she cautiously closes the bathroom door, then looks through his telescope.
