Nashville - Season 3, Episode 18: Soundtracks

Scarlett watches the video of her and Gunnar's duo performance at a recent concert when Caleb finds her; Will complains to Gunnar when he hears Gunnar listening to his and Scarlett's video again.

Jeff tries to persuade Jade to let Layla be an opening act for her tour, Jade then requests a trade - Layla will opening for her if he introduces her to Luke Wheeler.

Jade St. John rehearses with her backup dancers when Jeff arrives; Jade performs at her concert, Maddie & Colt watch from the audience; Luke tells Jeff he'll take him up on the introduction to Jade.

Will & Kevin record together in the studio.

The Triple Exes are interviews by Ben from Pitch Fork who keeps focusing more Scarlett & Gunnar than the band as a whole when Avery receives a call from Juliette asking him to help her write a song.

Gunnar & Scarlett tell Avery their interview is over, then Gunnar suggests they invite Ben to a performance with all three of them; Rayna goes to Maddie and confronts her about Colt and lying to her.

As they wait for their drinks, Gunnar begins to interrogate Caleb on how he and Scarlett meet when Scarlett intervenes, as they leave the bar Caleb turns around and tells him how they meet and leaves.

Layla performs as the opener at the Jade St. John concert; As they watch Layla's performance, Rayna & Jeff spar over his role in Layla's career, then Rayna warns him managers get fired all the time.

The Triple Exes perform; Will spots Kevin in the audience then notices Kevin's talking to another guy and leaves.

Ben compliments the Triple Exes on their performance then Avery leaves for home; Gunnar talks to Scarlett when Caleb and tells Scarlett their performance was amazing, they embrace as Gunnar watches.

Luke gives Colt advice on what concert gift to get for Maddie; Maddie arrives at Jade's concert and thanks her mom for letting her come; Rayna thanks Luke for their chat the day before.

Deacon asks Rayna if they can head home, then Rayna heads ahead of him while lags back to talk to Luke; Deacon tells Luke that about his cancer and thanks him for being Maddie's safe-haven.

Luke introduces himself to Jade; Jeff watches Jade & Luke when Layla comes over and tells reveals that she knows about Jeff & Jade and thanks him for helping even though it hurt him to do so.

Jeff shows up at Jade St. John's rehearsal.

Caleb finds Scarlett watching a video of her & Gunnar's performance; Will complains when he hears Gunnar listening to the Triple Exes video.

Will records a new song.

The Triple Exes perform; Will spots Kevin talking to another guy in the audience.
