Maddie and Twig listen to Maddie's song as they begin to work on her song at Jonah's place; (repeats) Maddie plays her song for Deacon; (repeat) Maddie plays the new mix that Twig made of her song.

Maddie hangs out with Jonah and his friends when Jonah gets a text and call from Mia.

Deacon watches as his father and friends play a song; Alannah receives a bouquet of white roses; Avery arrives to stay with Gunnar and Will at their place.

Alannah has drinks with Brad and tells him she despises him after he declares she likes him.

Deacon plays the first song his father taught him as Gideon watches from the audience; Flashbacks to Deacon as a child.

Maddie and Twig almost kiss when Maddie finally realizes that Jonah has been missing for sometime, then Twig admits that Jonah isn't dealing with his neighbors but is elsewhere.

Alannah performs at a concert; Maddie sees Mia and Jonah kissing, then confronts Twig; Jonah blames Twig for not keeping Maddie away; Maddie cries in her bedroom; Deacon plays guitar with his father.
