Beginning of episode

A Mohawk woman tells the story of Otter Tooth, who was actually a traveler from the 20th century who wanted to save the Mohawk people from being conquered by American colonists.

Jamie, Claire and Ian, along with some Mohawk, try to spirit Roger out of his prison, but they are caught.

Ian decides to take Roger's place in the Mohawk village so that Roger can return to Brianna.

Roger and Brianna reunite at River Run, while Jamie is served with a writ from Governor Tryon to hunt down and kill the fugitive Murtagh Fitzgibbons.
