Alex starts Owen's retraining by having him treading water; Clay continues to work on figuring out how to stop the conspirators; Alex explains to Owen her motive beyond training his body over his mind.

Clay refuses to help so Ale; Alex/Ryan go to Nimah for help; Shelby goes to Alex.

Ryan goes to The Goldleaf to confront Sasha as a spy, but she reveals she knew he had bugged her apartment; she gives him her house key and asks him to trust her.

Owen slides a shot to Alex who admits she trusts him; Raina returns wearing her hijab and offers to help Shelby; Henry threatens to have Felix deported.
