Charlie wanders the hallways when he hears the page of the O.R. and rushes to his surgery but is repeatedly turned around; Shahir & Alex frantically try to fix Charlie in surgery. 

Charlie has a vision that he died during his surgery & lies dead in the hospital morgue; The morgue attendant sings along to music while starting Charlie's autopsy.

Dawn searches for Zach; Alex sits at Charlie's bedside, Shahir assures her he got all of the tumor and that Charlie will be fine; crowd gathers as Deshawn sings then his mother arrives.

(3 months later) Charlie awakens from his nap as Alex readies for the fellowship awards, he then helps Alex get ready as he eases her nerves over public speaking.

The interns and doctors make a toast to Valentine's Day and the awards; as Alex & Maggie head to give their speech they 'rock, paper, scissors' for first to speak when Zach & Dawn congratulate.

Zach apologizes to Dawn for Jacob throwing up on her then takes her to dance; Jeremy tries to get Cassie to let him apologize for returning to his wife but she refuses to hear him out and leaves.
