After being thrown over the railing, Lana breaks her neck and wakes up to see the vampire girls staring at her.

Clark and Chloe crash the Tri-Psi Halloween party.

Lana kills Buffy using Clark’s heat vision and Clark sticks a needle in her heart to make her human again.

Buffy throws Lana down the stairs and she survives.
