Supergirl - Season 1, Episode 4: Soundtracks

Leslie critiques Supergirl on her radio show; Montage of everyone's reaction to Leslie's broadcast as they listen to her criticize Supergirl from her fighting to her costume and sexuality.  

As she orders food, Kara invites James to Friendsgiving but he tells her he has a place with Lucy; Alex tells Kara that she's sure their mom is mad at her but Kara tries to convince her otherwise.  

Kara and Alex have Thanksgiving dinner with Eliza and Winn. Kara receives a call from James

A janitor waxes the floor of a office building as he listens to music, unnoticed by him an out of control helicopter barrels towards the building but the timely arrival of Supergirl saves him. 

Alex arrives back to the apartment, she and Eliza apologize to one other then Eliza begins to reveal a secret she'd been keeping when Alex receives calls from the DEO and has to leave.
