At Iron Heights Prison: Barry talks to his father about going back in time to save his mother so that he can be freed.

Barry goes back in time to save his mother. Future Barry tells him not to interfere. Barry complies and chooses to comfort his dying mother instead.

Barry runs into the wormhole to save the city.
