(Flashback) Jack asks Helena to come away with him to America to his ranch, no matter what decision the privy council makes.

(Flashback) Sebastian asks Eleanor to come with him on a global tour as a stylist for hotels he plans to open.

Wilhelmina brings Liam media advice; the Royals wait to hear whether the bells will ring on Big Ben or say silent; Angie tells Kathryn it's time; the bells chime, causing both celebration and chaos.
