Jasper and his father descend into the tunnel under the Thames; Liam apologizes to Greta, but she asks him to leave; Robert appears on the bridge and gives a speech to help his people.

Greta tells Liam how her father happily told her about his betrayal; Helena states that they're a family of liars; Cyrus starts a game of 'Truth Or Dare'.

Willow watches a video of Robert on the bridge; Eleanor tells Willow not to tell Robert how she feels; Jasper arrives at the palace, he and Eleanor kiss; the power comes back on, Helena cheers.

The count arrives; Willow tells Robert she wants to be on the list and why. Robert talks with the Prime Minister.
