Scenes at Joe's. Addie cries to Bailey about the end of her marriage. The cancer patient hits on Alex. Mere tells George he's being an idiot. Mere flips a coin.

Derek and Christina start surgery, Chief, Bailey, Kerev and Torres work on kid with a tree through him.

The Chief catches Torres dancing in her panties in her home she's created in the hospital.

Fynn and Derek walk into the bar and Meredith decides she doesnt have to decide and that she would like to date them both.

Mama Burke & Cristina have a glare off over Burke. Mr. Burke tells Cristina to hang in there. Callie/George make up. Bailey talks to Izzie. Derek/Addie talk. Mark comes out of the bathroom.
