Meredith and Cristina are eating lunch and Cristina tells Lexie that Meredith hates her

Meredith is in the bathroom with Dr. Wyatt

Waiting for Andre; Derek is sitting by his patient and she realizes that her boyfriend is imaginary

Cristina's sitting in the hallway being rude, Lexie tells her off about how she got to watch surgery on Walter Tapley while Cristiana pouted all day, and how she can't take that away.

Closing monologue: Andre weeps over Derek's dead clinical trial patient, Erica kisses Callie in elevator, Derek asks Rose if it can just be easy & fun instead of complicated; they leave together.

Tapley gives George some advice; Cristina & Lexi talk; George offers to babysit Tuck.

Derek tells Andre that Greta won't wake up again; Hahn kisses Callie infront of Sloane; Derek leaves the hospital with Rose; Meredith starts talking to her therapist.
