Montage of failed clinical trial surgeries. Mere tells Wyatt about Ellis's suicide attempt. Mere gives Cristina the sparkle pager. Derek, Mark, & Richard bitch about their women problems.

Sloan an Callie have sex. Grey and Izzie discuss Rebecca's craziness. Yang tells everyone that Grey gave her the Sparkle Pager.

Richard tells Mere they get one more trial patient. Mere and Wyatt argue about Ellis's suicide attempt. Mere convinces Derek to do two surgeries before midnight. Beth wants to see Jeremy.

Alex consoles Rebecca/Ava; Jeremy and Beth consummate their relationship before Jeremy's surgery while Derek and Meredith stand guard.

End of the episode. Jeremy dies, and all the consequences of that. Alex discovers that Rebecca attempted suicide.

George tells Lexi that she didn't do him a favor by reading the files; Alex yells at Izzie over her attempts to help Rebecca.

Meredith & Derek search for each other; The Chief tells Adele he's coming home; kissing montage.

The house of lights; Meredith rants at Derek, they kiss.
