Meredith tells Dr. Wyatt she's ready to quit therapy. Izzie is startled by Derek as she enters her bedroom. Izzie storms in on Alex and a naked hot chick. Izzie and Alex confront Derek and Meredith about whether or not they will need to move out.

Everyone having lunch; Meredith confronts Cristina about siding with Derek. Lexie sits with them, eager to hear about George's test. Cristina asks how Lexie knew about sinus tumor patient.

At Joe's, Mark & Lexie have a drink and she recites the periodic table. Izzie gets pissed at Yang & Callie for taking the apt she wanted to share. Hahn admits to Callie why she hates Mark

Meredith quits therapy; Derek announces he wants Alex & Izzie to move out.
