(0:05) Richard Webber dances in his office to celebrate becoming cheif again until Meredith walks in, he resumes dancing once she leaves.

Teddy and Owen talk while they work. Alex is cleared for surgery and him, Meredith, Cristina, Jackson and Lexie joke around at lunch; Bailey and the residents reunite.

After leaving his psychiatrist with clearance for surgery, Derek drives fast.

(0:24) Surgery begins and everyone watches, except for Cristina who is flipping trough bridal magazines, Meredith notices and pulls her out and they talk about them not being better.

Owen proposed to Cristina; Bailey breaks up with Ben; Derek asks Meredith to make a baby with him.

Derek drives fast and gets pulled over; Meredith visits him at the police station, takes Yang and Owen’s rings, and leaves him there.

Cristina and Owen get married.

At the end, Meredith and Cristina talk.

Teddy tells Owen she's happy for him; the residents have lunch in the basement & discuss Perkins until Bailey comes to give them assignments.

Derek speeds down the freeway after being cleared for surgery.

Meredith catches Richard doing a happy dance in his office.
