Meridith and Alex watch a surgery and talk about his relationships.

Derek talks to Lexie about Mark; Meredith runs into the OR to help Cristina who is experiencing PTSD by hiding under a table and can’t move during surgery.

Callie gives Mark advice; Owen reveals that Linda is fine; Yang gives him her ring back; Meredith tells Derek she miscarried.

Warren apologizes to Kerry; Bailey forces Alex to get his bullet removed; Teddy updates Paul on Linda's condition; Mer and Derek find Cristina in their house.

Bailey removes Alex's bullet; Callie and Mark talk; Meredith gives advice to Cristina; Mer is cleared for surgery.

Final scene, Meredith and Cristina talk about the shooting at the SGH; Owen arrives at Meredith’s house and gives a speech to his wife.
