Dutch and D'av wrestle as they do D'av questions Dutch on Alvis' whereabouts as not to complicate things between the three of them.

Dutch and D'av arrive at The Royale to find the place up and swinging, they asks Pree about Johnny's arrive, he tells him that he's gone to the Salt Plains to save Pawter.

Dutch asks Pree about the missing prodigy kids from the city, Pree calls over Sabine to consult with; Pree gives Dutch and D'av a message from Johnny's message.

Johnny confesses to D'av that he hasn't spoken to Dutch about having Pawter on board the ship.
