Soundtracks from Free Willy

Various pods swim together until one gets captured by several fisherman and is separated from his family.

The orphans hang out behind the Burnside Skatepark. Gwenie hated that she got dropped off at a foster home by her mother. Jesse thinks about wanting to live in his own place.

Willy becomes fascinated with Jesse's harmonica playing. Rae gets splashed by Willy's leap.

Part one of the song plays when Willy saves Jesse after he slipped into the tank. The next day, Jesse's bond with him develops. Randolph and Rae soon notice it. Willy still won't let Rae feed him.

Willy's presence creates a big issue for Dial whose not happy with the latest report from Wade because of the amount of money they're losing due to Willy still refusing to perform.

Jesse and Perry catch up with each other.

Montage of Jesse feeding, training and playing with Willy. In the previous day, he tries to figure out Willy's crying.

Jesse delivers dinner to Glen.

Dial and Wade watch Jesse impress them with making Willy do tricks.

Jesse prepares to run away again after seeing Willy one last time. But stops when whale cries are heard responding to Willy. Jesse discovers Willy's family and realizes they're calling to him.

Jesse and Randolph inform Rae about Dial's master plan. Jesse takes charge of getting Willy in the harness. Randolph and Rae successfully managed to get them out of the collapsing tank.

Willy follows Jesse away from the nets. Jesse encourages Willy to make the jump. Willy jumps. Jesse hears Willy’s last goodbye before leaving with Glen and Annie. Willy swims at sunset, free at last.

Real orca footage is shown throughout the credits. The end credits conclude with a replay of the ending.

The single version appears on the soundtrack, and is also played in the end credits to the television edit on some channels.

The suite combines "Jesse Says Goodbye", "Let's Free Willy!" and "Return to Freedom". It is only available on the soundtrack.

Jesse has a surprise encounter with Perry who saw him leave the fish market as the two chat about what they've been up to since their graffiti incident.
