The Riddler across the street from a townhouse surveys the house, he watches the Mitchell family inside; (repeats) [1:01] At the funeral for Mayor Mitchell, Bella approaches Bruce as makes it way to the seats, she informs him that she's been attempting to connect him.

In the morning, Bruce finds Alfred attempting to decode the Riddler's cipher.

Batman arrives at the Iceberg Lounge where the runs into the Twins.

Selina arrives at the Iceberg Lounge to find Falcone, she uses the knowledge of Annika as a key make Falcone's goons to allow her to meet with him.

At the Iceberg Lounge, Selina puts on a show with tear works and the dramatics over a missing Annika in an attempt to distract him from her true intentions of killing him.

The Riddler frantically sings while in the Arkham State Hospital visiting room, after finding himself disappointed that Batman hasn't didn’t uncover his plan, their plans.

Montage of the aftermath after Gotham City is flooded; Bella Reál promises the people of Gotham that they will rebuild and repair the city and that she plans to restore the people’s faith; Batman helps injured Gothamites from the outfall of the flood.

Batman leads Bella and the rest of the Gotham citizens through the tiding waters in the stadium to safety.

On duel motorcycles, Bruce and Selina leave Gotham Cemetery pairing along side one another until the reach the outskirts of the grounds, Selina heads left leaving Gotham while Bruce heads right, back into Gotham; Bruce stares back at Selina watching her as she leaves town before heading onward himself.
