Julie, a girl from the valley, meets Randy, a punk from the city. They are from different worlds and find love. Somehow they need to stay together in spite of her trendy, shallow friends.

16. Skip rides his bike to Suzi's house; there, he finds someone in the shower. Later on, Mrs. Brent opens the door to the bedroom to find Skip, in bed with the person from the shower, Suzi.
20. Randy and Tommy fight back stage. Josie Cotton sings as Julie hits Tommy with a green pie, then a food fight erupts, and Julie and Randy escape in Tommy's limo.
