(Flashback) Judd and Cal Kittner street race during a night out joyriding when they get into a car accident.

(Flashback) Montage as Judd repeatedly calls the prayer hotline to talk with Grace while fixing up Leigh-Ann Kittners house to help her out.

(Flashback) At a bar, Judd makes a quick call to the hotline to speak with Grace only to be informed that she no longer works there; Judd hears the familiar voice of Grace in the distance.

(Flashback) Tommy introduces Judd to Grace which shocks the both of them meeting in person; Tommy suggest they dance.

(Flashback) Judd tells Grace about Leigh-Ann forgiving him then Grace tells him she's moving away for school which he refuses to expect when she tells him they can't be.

(Flashback) Tommy and Charles tells Judd and Grace that Tommy's pregnant.

(Flashback) Judd and Grace arrive at the bar.

(Flashback) 2013, Grace and Judd hold hands after reuniting.

(Flashback) Judd and Cal joyride at night in Cal's dads car then decide to race another car then get into a car accident during the race.

(Flashback) Montage of Judd repeatedly calling Prayer in Crisis to speak with Grace for help until it evolves into a friendship-flirtation of sorts over weeks while also spending time fixing up the house of Leigh-Ann Kittner, the mother of his deceased childhood best-friend, Cal.
