Awkward. - Season 5, Episode 4: Soundtracks

Jenna picks out clothing for wear when Lacey comes in to tell her she’ll be performing at the Mother Daughter Banquet then rummages through Jenna’s clothing for something to wear for her performance.

At school as Jenna walks down the hallway she broods over the strangely accurate predictions of her mother’s yearbook and wonders if it will be the same for hers and wishes for Val’s advice.

Tamara asks Jenna for pointers on her breakup speech for Adam when Adam pulls up in his car; Jenna & Matty return their yearbook to each other.

Tamara & Adam do over wedding plans when Tamara halts their conversation to have the talk she’s been needing to have with him when he pulls out a real engagement ring and proposes again. 

At the Mother Daughter Banquet, Lacey gives her nicer version of her Jenna impersonation which begins to tank, Jenna decides that it’s okay to laugh at her past and impersonates herself with Lacey. 

Tamara tells Jenna that she accepted Adam’s proposal; Jenna confronts Matty about what he wrote in her yearbook, Matty then proves to Jenna that he knows her and tells her she's his best friend.
