Sister Julienne lead the sisters in singing during compline hour; Mary is picked by a John, she takes him back to Zakir’s, he sends them to the Crystal Room. (repeats) Mary sleeps at the church; Jenny walks through the alley towards the whore house, she looks through the windows and then leaves.

Trixie lips syncs and dances for Cynthia, Jenny & Chummy as they break in the kitchen - Chummy cuts out a dress pattern, Jenny irons and Cynthia teas; Mary quietly sneaks out of the whore house, she grabs money from Zakir’s jacket before leaving.

Dr Turner reassures Chummy that she’ll get the hang of being a midwife; Jenny gives a growing Mary a checkup; Chummy practices her midwifery studies; Mary dances as Jenny watches; Jenny, Chummy & Cynthia gather for Sister Bernadette’s midwifery class.
