[Instrumental] Musician plays on the streets of Poplar; Anita throws up in a back alley after leaving the Nonnatian's clinic; She reapplies her lipstick and continues on.

At Nonnatus House, Sister Julienne and Mrs Wallace hash out the last minute details of Lucille and Cyril's wedding; Sister Hilde is told about the Jamaica cake parade for Lucille.

Dr Turner and Timothy arrive at the Page home after being page for the doctors services.

[Instrumental] Reggie directs Fred on the decoration of the painted snow on the Buckle's store when Cyril arrives; Cyril asks for Violet to allow Reggie out with him and Fred on his stag night.

Sister Hilda throws Lucille a hen party at Nonnatus House with spiked punch for the ladies and pass the parcel; Cyril, Fred and Reggie enjoy a stag night at a pub with friends for games of dominoes.

The hen night continues with dance; Lucille compliments Sister Hilda on her excellent punch making as pours herself another glass; Sister Hilda adds more rum to the punch for more flavor.

Charlie surprises Anita with a dinner of cheese on toast after her visit with the midwives to help her along with her pregnancy.

The Nonnatian sisters and nurses, Turners, Buckles, Nancy and Esme gather for Christmas at Nonnatus House for Christmas Day; Trixie has trouble in the form of Mrs Howells; Mr Chu calls for help.

[Instrumental] Mr Chu listens for the Queen Speech on the radio when Sister Frances comes to request he call Nonnatus House for further help with his wife, Susan.

The Shining Tabernacle church choir sing at Lucille and Cyril's wedding; rice is thrown as the couple leave the church; the cakes are brought in at the wedding reception including Sister Hilda's cake.
