Call the Midwife - Season 2, Episode 8: Soundtracks

At home, Fred and his daughter, Dolly, talk about memories of his wife/her mother, Marlene and the Blitz as Dolly gives her son, Anthony, a bath.

Dolly sings her favourite song to herself while Chummy takes her blood pressure.

Peter tightens Chummy’s griddle as they ready for the day; Fred takes care of Anthony; Jenny rides through the street when Alec rides up next to her on the scooter.

Trixie & Jane dance together; Jenny orders drinks at the bar when Jimmy comes over.

Jimmy apologizes to Jenny for not telling him that Alec was in the band then that Alex likes her; (continues) Jenny goes over and asks Alex to dance, which he accepts; Trixie dances with a guy; Jane & Cynthia watch them dancing.

The nuns sing during compline hour, Jenny watches them; Sister Bernadette catch sight of her new appearance in the mirror as she draws back the curtains, she looks at herself fully.

Chummy sings to herself as being to fade out, Jenny watches over her until she passes out.

Shelagh & Patrick stare at each other; Chummy, Peter, and others head to chapel for the children to be christened; Jenny finds Alex waiting for her, they ride off through the streets; End credits.
