Trixie & Barbara help Denny photograph the people of the East End by convincing their patients to posses with them; Patsy patients, Rhoda, struggles with labour pains. 

Rhoda rings out the family washing when Belinda comes into the kitchen looking for a place to do her maths, Rhoda makes Perry make space for her. 

Trixie teaches her inaugural 'Keep Fit' class with the girls attending, Denny photographing and Olive commentating; (repeats) Trixie teaches her class again when Olive noticeably becomes hurt.
