Opening, Kate in her bedroom.

Kate and Mallory get snacks from the kitchen. Kate's mom shows her the note she found taped to the door.

Before the last scene, Kate’s step-sister Ash joins the anonymous chatroom to be able talk with her more. Flashbacks of when Kate wakes up in the basement.

At the end, Kate listens to her therapy tapes with Mallory.
