Hakeem drinks and parties at a strip club with Chicken and Marcus; Chicken checks Hakeem's phone as Lauren calls she tells him that Lauren is calling again but he ignores her and the call.

Hakeem waits up the next morning still at the strip club when Lauren arrives; Lauren tells Hakeem that she loves him and still wants to be with him so tells her about Anika and the baby, she leaves.

Xavier and the house band at the lounge invite Jamal onstage to sing with them as he hangs with Michael, at first Jamal tells him no but with some encouragement from Michael he joins them.

Jamal returns to the lounge and sings with Xavier and his band as Becky and Freda look on; Jamal performance beings to draw a crowd both inside and outside of the club.
